Metastasierung des duktalen Pankreasadenokarzinoms – Der Entzündungszustand der Lebermikroumgebung determiniert den Metabolismus und dadurch das Wachstumsverhalten von Pankreasduktusepithelzellen

Die frühe hepatische Metastasierung ist einer Gründe für die schlechte Prognose von Patienten mit einem duktalen Pankreasadenokarzinom. In dieser Arbeit wurde in vitro gezeigt, dass der Entzündungszustand der Lebermikroumgebung den Metabolismus und dadurch das Verhalten von Pankreasgangepithelzellen maßgeblich beeinflußt.
