4209  The purpose of this study was to compare the agreement of both total Alberta Stroke Early CT Score and region-based scores from two automated ASPECTS software packages and an expert consensus reading with final ASPECTS in a selected cohort of patients who had prompt reperfusion from endovascular thrombectomy afer akute stroke. Moderate agreement was obtained between both software packages and expert consensus for total ASPECTS, but the software packages differed in regard to regional contribution. The final ASPECT was used as ground truth.
