Tumorrisiko durch Tissue Engineering
Das Tumorrisiko durch Tissue Engineering wurde im Tiermodell (Maus) unter Verwendung der für in vitro Gewebeherrstellung favorisierten mesenchymalen Stammzellen (MSC), welche zuvor retroviral mit dem EGFP-Gen transduziert worden waren, untersucht. Tumorwachstum und Metastasenbildung sowie die Migration der MSC wurden makroskopisch und histologisch ermittelt.
