Modifikation der Pharmakodynamik und des Opioidbedarfs durch den OPRM1-Rezeptor im Rahmen postoperativer Analgesie
In der Dissertation geht es um die Hypothese, ob der häufigste Polymorphismus (118A>G) des OPRM1-Rezeptors zu einer veränderten Antwort auf Opioide und ihre Nebenwirkungen führt. Dies wurde anhand von 94 Patienten aus dem operativen Spektrum der Universitätsklinik Kiel im Rahmen der postoperativen Schmerztherapie untersucht.
