Reversion des malignen Phänotyps beim Mammakarzinom durch Stromafaktoren
Primäre Mammakarzinomzellen (PBC) wurden aus den OP-Präparaten von 13 invasiven Mammakarzinomen isoliert und in einer dreidimensionalen Kollagen-I-Matrix sowohl als Mono- als auch als Cokultur mit normalen humanen Mammastromafibroblasten (HMF) kultiviert. Für fünf der dreizehn Cokulturen (38%) konnte im Vergleich zur Monokultur eine Reversion des malignen Phänotyps nachgewiesen werden (p≤0,02).
