Preclinical Evidence for the Efficacy of CD79b Immunotherapy in B-cell Precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Patients with B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL) have a favorable prognosis. However, current treatment protocols are based on intensive cytotoxic chemotherapy and therapy options are limited when patients relapse. Hence, there is an urgent need for novel immunotherapy approaches.
