Bruszczewo III : The settlement and fortification in the mineral zone of the site

The settlement of Bruszczewo was investigated by a German-Polish research team of archaeologists and specialists of various research fields whose work made this publication possible. The established interdisciplinary approach has become a hallmark of investigations at Bruszczewo. The third edited volume in this series on Bruszczewo discusses not only the Early Bronze Age defensive settlement but also includes investigations on the remains of a Lusatian and a Neolithic occupation. Primarily, this publication presents studies on ceramic, flint and stone artefacts that were produced by Únětice and Lusatian communities. The present volume is by no means the last in the series of monographs about Bruszczewo. It shall be followed in the near future by a further share of data from the rich archives of the Bronze Age site.
